The ITQ follows the national curriculum requirement and framework, and is recognised as a vocational qualification equivalent to a GCSE grade A*-C.
ITQ framework offers the necessary and basic IT knowledge for an active role in the workplace.
The computer skills course covers the ITQ Level 1 and 2 syllabus, as required by the Government framework and registered with OFQUAL – Qualification number 500/8073/8 (Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills in Open Systems and Enterprise.
Our ITQ Level 2 IT course includes the ITQ Level 1 and Level 2 as well as optional packages containing classroom learning and the exams.

Recognition & Regulation
Ofqual are the independent qualifications regulator for England. They regulate so that qualifications are sufficiently valid and trusted. They make clear and considered judgements for the benefit of those who study, and rely on, regulated qualifications.
Ofqual was set up in April 2010 under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and is also covered by the Education Act 2011.

Improving Productivity Using IT
This module will help learners understand some of the main concepts of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations, as well as how to use these essential tools on a computer. Upon completion the learner will be able to create and modify tables, queries, forms, reports and prepare outputs ready for distribution by using a query and sort tools.

Word Processing Software
This module shows learners how to use Microsoft Word on a Windows machine. With Microsoft Word being one of the most used applications in the workplace this is an essential module in the ITQ syllabus.

This module shows users how to work with a spreadsheet application to insert and manipulate data. Learners will be taught how to create formulas and functions, format and print a spreadsheet, import objects, and create and adjust charts. Although this course demonstrates Microsoft Excel specifically, the lessons taught in this module can be applied to other spreadsheet applications.

This module shows users how to work with presentation software to insert and manipulate content. Users are shown how to create import objects, create charts, design slideshows, insert pictures, and animate objects within a slide.
